We provide domestic cleaning, commercial cleaning, specialist cleaning, and companionship care. Quotations are based on the information available when prepared. We will discuss any material change in scope before carrying out additional chargeable work.
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. Please secure valuables, identify delicate items, and tell us about hazards, special surfaces, or areas requiring particular care.
Please give as much notice as possible when changing or cancelling a booking. Short-notice cancellations may be subject to a charge where a team member’s time has already been reserved.
If something does not meet the agreed standard, contact us promptly so we can review it and, where appropriate, arrange a return visit. Our aim is always to resolve concerns fairly and quickly.
Payment terms will be shown on your quotation or invoice. Invoices must be paid by the stated due date. Ongoing services may be paused where an account remains overdue.
We take reasonable care while providing our services. Sparklean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, or damage caused by inaccurate care instructions or undisclosed risks.
We use personal information only to manage enquiries, bookings, service delivery, payments, and customer support, in line with applicable data-protection requirements.
